A Message from VW Bro Michael J. Clarke P.G.J.O.

Thank You

Brethren

Firstly on behalf of my wife Pat and myself I offer you our sincere thanks for all of telephone calls, messages and comments received following the announcement that I was not being reappointed as an Assistant P.G.M they are very much appreciated.

Secondly I am absolutely delighted to say that after my operation and treatment last year and a visit to my consultant earlier this year he has informed me that the treatment has been a complete success. So much so that he told me politely “to go away until 2018” and only then for an annual review.

I consider it has been an honour and a privilege to have served as an Asst. P.G.M. and I trust that for the past seven years I have in some small way repaid the trust and confidence placed in me at my appointment and enabled our great Mark Province to continually go from strength to strength.

Allied to this is the immense pride that I have experienced during my tenure in the Mark Charities for the past twenty odd years. To see the results of our donations to local charities and organisations is something to be very proud of and at some presentations even a “lump in one’s throat” as you witness the life changing effect the equipment donated by us will have on an individual.

Brethren as I have already stated it has been a pleasure to be an Asst. P.G.M in our Mark Province for which I will always be grateful, it will live long in the memories.

V.W.Bro Michael J Clarke P.G.J.O.
